The International India NVC Convention

The India International Nonviolent Communication (NVC) Convention (from April 3–8, 2023) is a gathering of people from all over the globe over a period of 5 days. The intention is to join a community of enthusiasts and practitioners for workshops on NVC: the principles, model, processes, and application in various spheres of life, personal (in intimate relationships) and professional (in workspaces). NVC, as given to us by Marshall B Rosenberg, focuses on creating connection with the self as well as with the outside world by accessing our compassionate nature from which arises a natural flow of giving and receiving.

Anchored and steered by experienced and certified trainers, living and modelling the NVC consciousness, the Convention is a joyous celebration of life by a vibrant community of people, who may be completely new to NVC and others who are more experienced. The workshops offered cater to this wide range of participants ranking from beginners to advanced practitioners. This in-person programme has been an annual event since 2010 (with a break during the pandemic) and provides a memorable experience that we urge you to join!

Mentoring & Assessment Programme

The Mentoring and Assessment Programme (from March 29-April 2, 2023) is for those who are already on and those who wish to pursue the NVC certification path or those who may be curious about the certification process. A few candidates, who are already registered for certification, will share their portfolios and make presentations. The community forms the crucible that holds, witnesses and encourages the emergence of new certified trainers. The community plays a crucial role in supporting candidates. If you are someone who has some knowledge of the NVC process and philosophy, and is inspired to participate, please join us.
