She is convinced that this compassionate approach to connecting with oneself and interacting with the outside world is also a process that can bring about deep healing, awareness, understanding and change. She has been leading a weekly NVC practice group for the last 14+ years. She uses NVC in her clinical work, NGOs, schools and corporates. She has facilitated NVC trainings nationally and internationally.

Her work has involved working with individuals with professional problems, such as, stress and anxiety, lack of motivation, relationship problems at work with colleagues and bosses, lack of confidence, transition problems while settling into a job. On the personal front she has worked with people with marital problems, health problems, depression, addiction (cigarettes, alcohol, other substances), weight problems, fears and phobias and other mental health issues.
