The M&A Programme

09 to 15 December 2026

The Mentoring and Assessment (M&A) Programme is co-created by the participants, the candidates, and the trainers and the assessors. It is a crucible that provides learning opportunities for all, especially for the candidates, who deepen their self-connection, present their training skills and themselves as future Certified Trainers. Feedback from the participants and trainers is used by the candidates to sharpen their knowledge and skills.

The M&A Programme is highly recommended for certification candidates, for those who are curious about the process and for those who wish to encourage and support the emergence of certified trainers in the region. Your presence is invaluable!

The Convention

16 to 21 December 2026

The International NVC Convention has been a staple of the Nonviolent Communication community in India since 2010. The participants range from those experiencing NVC for the first time to people who have been in the community for over a decade. The Convention has attracted people from across the globe and is valued for the unique experience and immersion into the letter and spirit of NVC.

The Convention is ideal for those who wish to strengthen their NVC muscle, to experience a life-affirming way of being in community, and those who are simply curious to know more! We highly recommend the special Foundation Track offered to people taking their first steps in NVC.

Bring your friends, partners, family members, and connect with people who are part of the worldwide NVC Community!

Travel and Logistics

The MRA Centre is located in the town of Panchgani, in the state of Maharashtra, India.
Panchgani is 3 hours by road from Pune Airport (PNQ) and 5 hours by road from Mumbai Airport (BOM).

By Air
For International Travelers the best time to start looking at flights would be August 2026.
F
lights to Mumbai tend to considerably cheaper than flights to Pune, please do look at both options.
For those in India, Pune would be the easier airport for travel to Panchgani.

By Train
The closest railway station to Panchgani is Satara,
which is 48.8 km away (1 hr and 16 min) via NH 48 and the Wai-Satara Road. There are only a few trains that stop in Satara and only for 2 minutes at a time. It may be difficult to get transportation from Satara to Panchgani unless you are able to converse in Marathi.

By Road
Closer to the date of the events, we will have a travel document for participants to be able to share transport from the airport to the venue. We are expecting that there will be people who are residing near Mumbai and Pune who will be driving down and may be willing to share costs and rides.
For those who wish to travel by bus, please note that the Panchgani bus stop is 1.1 km ahead of the MRA centre. It would be ideal if you told the driver that you needed to get off at the MRA Centre at the start of your journey.
